Milwaukee police safely find critically missing 11-year-old girl
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--Even though the curtain is still down at the Pabst Theatre in Milwaukee, the show must still go on. Actually, there are many virtual live shows happening periodically as part of the hashtag "LiveReviveMKE" initiative. Country singer and songwriter Sara Evans will perform at 7 pm Friday. One hundred percent of the proceeds will benefit both the artist and Pabst Theater Group.
PR Director Sara Peronto says her theater needs support, and these concerts are a great way to entertain and raise money all at the same time. She says it's all about being innovative these days. Peronto also urges patrons to support an organization called the National Independent Venue Association, or NIVA. It helps secure financial support of independent live music venues and promoters throughout the country.
Elopement packages for parties of ten are also being offered as well either at the Pabst Theater, Riverside Theater, or Turner Hall. Each booking lasts three hours. To make a reservation or to see what virtual concerts are happening, click here.
