Temperatures on The Up & Up into Monday Afternoon

No doubt temperatures have been in the proverbial "cellar" for the last few days.  Overnight lows Monday morning were in the negative double digits for some of us.  It was -7 degrees in Milwaukee.  This is without the wind.  With it, we had numbers between -20 and -30.  However, this will all be short-lived. Milder air moving in as soon as this afternoon.  Warmer southwest winds will help this happen.

In fact, starting Tuesday and lasting through the week, we reach the 30s for most of us in southeast Wisconsin.  This will almost feel balmy!  Almost.

Meantime, we have a few snow chances this week.  One on Wednesday and the other into Christmas Day itself on Sunday.  How's that for timing??

If you're looking for a nice holiday gift, it's never too soon to put your name in the hat to win a free AcuRite weather station valued at $180.  We're giving two more away the remainder of this month.  All you have to do is send us a cool weather picture to qualify.
