Teen seriously hurt after crashing into home near Cesar Chavez and Lapham

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 17-year-old suffered serious injuries after crashing a vehicle into a home near South Cesar Chavez Drive and West Lapham Boulevard.
It happened around 10:40 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 20.
According to Milwaukee police, the 17-year-old male was driving at a high rate of speed when he subsequently crashed into the font of the home.
The teen was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The crash remains under investigation.
