MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 17-year-old has been charged in the crash that killed his teenage passenger late last year.
Roman Wise is accused of being behind the wheel of a stolen car in December of 2017.
According to a criminal complaint, Wise was fleeing police when he ran a red light and crashed into two cars. He had two teen passengers in the car with him and one died days after the crash from his injuries. The other survived.
Wise has pleaded not guilty and will be back in court on Wednesday.
