MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee-based business is putting a unique twist on charcuterie boards, blending flavors and cultural influences into its handcrafted spreads. Tapas Ricas by Nashalee, founded by Nashalee Rodriguez, started as a hobby before growing into a full-time venture.
Rodriguez discussed her journey and business when she joined us on Wednesday, Feb. 19.
She shared how she began making charcuterie boards, her approach to fusing culture and flavor, the variety of boards she offers as well as details about an upcoming charcuterie workshop scheduled for Thursday, April 17.
