Suspects Strike a Squad Car after a Carjacking and Police Pursuit

MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee Police officers located a vehicle that had recently been taken in an armed carjacking in the area of 25th and W. Townsend Avenue shortly after 10 p.m. last night. The subjects in the vehicle fled from the officers who then started pursuit. The suspect's vehicle lost control and spun out in the intersection of 76th and W. Capitol Drive. The subjects attempted to flee again but struck a parked marked squad car which caused them to stop.

The subjects, a 23-year-old male and 27-year-old male from Milwaukee, were taken for medical clearance after they complained of minor injuries. They were both released a short time later and taken into custody.
