MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Police say Benjamin Garrett was taken into custody.
Olivia's grieving sister spoke with CBS 58 shortly after the arrest.
"She got shot and killed by a 17-year-old boy. Another minor. Y'all need to put these guns down," Savannah said.
Savannah Schultz said the family had just buried her little sister, Olivia, on Monday morning.
Just hours later, her father saw some teenage boys playing basketball at the court on Custer.
He had a gut feeling that they seemed suspicious.
Olivia's sister identified one of the boys was Benjamin Garrett and called police.
"He killed my young sister that's 12 years old, and he's up three blocks from the house - three blocks - at a park playing basketball," Savannah said. "There will never be justice, because you can't ever bring her back."
