BARRON COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Authorities say 21-year-old Jake Patterson will be charged and appear in court on Monday.
Here's what we know about him so far:
-Patterson is from Gordon, Wisconsin, which is about 70 miles north of Barron.
-He is unemployed, and before this had zero criminal history with state and local authorities.
-Authorities say though he did work with Denise and James Closs for a day, he did not have any connection to them or Jayme.
-The cabin Jayme escaped from was owned by the suspect's father, Patrick Patterson, before it was transferred to Superior Choice Credit Union 8 days after the October 15th attack at the Closs family home.
Patterson is being held in the Barron County Jail.
He's expected to be charged with two counts of first-degree intentional homicide, and one count of kidnapping.
