MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – The man charged in the hit-and-run crash that killed a Milwaukee crossing guard made his first court appearance on Tuesday.
35-year-old Terrence Harris is charged with hit-and-run causing death. Andrew Tyler was on his way to his crossing guard post when he was hit last November. Harris was later arrested in California.
In court, Harris’ bond was set at $100,000. He’ll be in court again later in January.
