Surveillance Video Released of Suspect who Allegedly Stabbed a Walgreen’s Manager
UPDATE 1:36 PM: The stabbing suspect was arrested on Monday at a residence in the 1100 block of S. 25th Street.
UPDATE: Milwaukee Police released surveillance video of suspect who allegedly stabbed a Walgreen's store manager on Sunday night at the store at S 26th Street and W National Avenue.
The suspect walked into the store and started pounding on an office door. A manager and a security guard responded and began to escort the suspect out of the store. While outside the store, the suspect took out an unknown object and stabbed the manager, a 41-year-old Milwaukee man, before fleeing on foot. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of a non-life threatening injury.
The suspect is described as a white male, between 40-50 years-old, 160-180 pounds, with a mustache and bald spot. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket with a horizontal gray stripe on the back, a gray hooded sweatshirt, a green t-shirt, and blue jeans.

ORIGINAL: The manager of a Walgreen’s store at S 26th Street and W National Avenue was stabbed Sunday night while escorting a customer out of the store. The male subject was reported to be disorderly and was being walked out of the store when he stabbed the 41-year-old manager. The manager, who is from Milwaukee, is being treated at a local hospital for a non-life threatening wound. The Milwaukee Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
