NEW BERLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Surveillance video shows the moment 24-year-old Manuel Franco bought his multi-million dollar winning Powerball jackpot ticket.
The ticket was worth $768 million, the third largest in U.S. history.
Franco bought the ticket at the Speedway in New Berlin. In the video, you can see Franco look up at another camera. He said he did that because he had a lucky feeling about the ticket.
Franco claimed his prize in Madison in April, taking the lump sum of about $480 million.
