MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Six years ago, a group of businessmen in Milwaukee came together hoping to change Milwaukee's employment landscape to make it more diverse.
They're doing that by hand-picking young men of color, helping them finish college and encourage them to bring their skills and perspective back to the city after graduation.
