Summerfest fans line up for 2020 can coolers; 'I get one ever year!'

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- It may be a bust for Summerfest 2020, but they're finding a use for this year's can coolers. 

"We encourage you to pick up a can cooler and celebrate Summerfest your way at home," said Sara Mcguire, Summerfest marketing director. 

Saturday, June 20, people lined up from all over to get their free can coolers. Many snapped pictures with them outside the gates. 

One woman from Racine told CBS 58, this is the first Summerfest in years that she'll miss. 

"I get one every year when me and my best friends come so this is just going to be the one that I can’t make it to," said Kim Johansen, lives in Racine. 

The coolers will also be available for sale on Summerfest.com.
