MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Betty Brinn Children’s Museum will debut a new temporary exhibit, "Storyland: A Trip Through Childhood Favorites," designed to support early literacy through immersive play. The exhibit opens Saturday, May 24 and runs through Sept. 7.
Tina Quealy, CEO of the Betty Brinn Children’s Museum, and Sarah McManus Christie, the museum’s senior director of education, joined us Wednesday, April 30 to discuss the exhibit.
Developed by the Minnesota Children’s Museum, "Storyland" features life-sized scenes from seven well-known children’s books, including "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom" and "The Snowy Day."
Admission includes access to the exhibit during regular hours and Community Access Days. Additional details are available by clicking here.
