MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Wisconsin Assembly has approved a $3 billion tax incentive package for Taiwan-based Foxconn Technology Group.
The vote passed 59-30.
Debate began early Thursday afternoon with a vote coming down around 6:30 p.m.
