Update as of 11:15 am Monday, June 19th...
Dry, mild weather holds all week. The smokiest day (it's not horrible) appears to be on Monday and then look for vast improvements. Highs mainly in the 80s with the warmest temps away from the Lake. The next best chance of rain looks to be on Sunday in the form of scattered showers and thunder. We'll have a greater handle as we get closer to the day itself.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--Busy week for a lot of things. Father's Day on Sunday, Juneteenth on Monday, start of summer Wednesday, and the kickoff of Summerfest Thursday. For all those things, it looks fairly dry along with a milder trend. Highs by the middle and latter part of the week will be in the 80s. Of course the humidity will be higher too. Typical summertime weather. I'm still not seeing any widespread rain for at least a week. This isn't good news. The rainfall deficit for the year is now more than an inch and more than an inch and a third for the month.
The one bit of good news is poor air quality doesn't look too prevalent this week with those crazy wildfires.
