St. Francis man, 60, cited after drawing name in cement, fighting with worker who attempted to fix it

ST. FRANCIS, Wis. (CBS 58) - A St. Francis man was cited for criminal damage to property after writing his name in cement.

St. Francis Police were called to the 4500 block of S. Delaware Avenue around noon on Thursday for a report of an injured cement worker.

Upon arrival, officers learned that a 60-year-old St. Francis man was upset with the cement worker after the cement worker attempted to fix the cement that the man had written his name in.

The cement was on the sidewalk which is considered city property.

The St. Francis man allegedly stepped on the worker's hand, injuring it.
