(WEST ALLIS) - Thrift stores are known as a place where items get a second chance. One particular resale shop in West Allis is also providing a second chance for its employees, many of whom are teenagers.
The St. Charles Furniture and Thrift Store is more than a store. It’s a proving ground for young people from the Milwaukee area who need a second chance. On CBS 58 Sunday Morning, Christine Flores showcases the lifelong lessons the store is teaching.
