Splash & Dash Showers/Storms for The Holiday Weekend

So the moral of the weather story this holiday is don't cancel the outdoor plans but keep an eye to the sky for developing storms.  We could see them almost anytime in any given location.

A slow-moving cold front in from the west will keep the risk going, especially Friday afternoon and evening right through at least Sunday morning. We dry out just in time for Memorial Day itself as high pressure takes over for at least a while.

Rainfall amounts could be a half inch in spots.  But keep in mind there could be heavier rain with localized storms.  It's hard to pinpoint where the storms will fire.  But keep in mind if you see them develop, head inside.
