South Shore Terrace beer garden holds grand opening event on 'Milwaukee Day'

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Beer gardens are opening up in Milwaukee, and County Executive David Crowley was at the 2021 grand opening of the South Shore Terrace beer garden Wednesday, April 14.

The beer garden will be open seven days a week and staffed by the Milwaukee County Parks Department. 

Revenues from beer gardens help keep the park system operating. 

The county says South Shore Terrace alone is expected to generate close to $1 million in much needed revenue in 2021.
