South Milwaukee police searches for bank robbery suspect

SOUTH MILWAUKEE -- The South Milwaukee Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect in an Educators Credit Union armed robbery. Police say the man robbed the credit union on January 9th at 11:05 a.m.


Police say the robbery suspect was armed with a semi automatic handgun. The suspect did obtain an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing the scene. No one was injured during this robbery.


The suspect is described as a black male, 25-40 years of age, 6'0-6'2\" in height, weighing approximately 180 pounds with a mustache.
