Some LuLaRoe Customers are Claiming Leggings Rip Easily
Some customers of LuLaRoe leggings have voiced frustrations on the Better Business Bureau’s website and twitter about the quality of the clothing.

So glad my Lu La Roe leggings have holes in them after 1 wash- and following all the instructions. ???? #LuLaRoe #moneywaste

“Every pair of the leggings I have from this company get holes immediately. They are supposed to fit up to size 12, and I am a 4, so the fabric is not being over stretched. Holes develop right after wearing the first time, on all areas of leggings-butt, knees, thighs, front, back, ankles,” posted Amanda M on the BBB’s website.
I wanna love my #lularoe but these #leggings have had 2 holes in them. today. 1st time wearing them. #poorquality #disappointed

Customers in the negative reviews complained exchanges were hard to do, and they often needed to remember which consultant they purchased the leggings from.
Some of the positive reviews for the company on the BBB’s website revolve around the consultants.
“I do find it difficult to agree with the negative rating percentage for BBB as so many people are disappointed by the consultant they've dealt with. They're independent consultants and their personal selling style and customer service cannot be a basis for whether the company is good,” said Carrie G.
The company’s website describes itself as an “opportunity for people to create freedom by selling comfortable, affordable, stylish clothing, and offering its Retailers the independence to set their own pace and schedule.”
LuLaRoe is working on a statement for CBS 58.
