Snow emergency cancelled in Kenosha

As of 10 AM Sunday, the City of Kenosha has cancelled its snow emergency.  According to a release from the City of Kenosha Street Division, there are no parking restrictions at this time.   Alternate side parking rules, however, do apply in Kenosha between the hours of 1 AM and 6 AM.
