Two men are dead after a stunt plane crashed in Sheboygan County.
Officials say that crash happened around 12:30 Friday near County Highway O and Willow road.
The plane came to a rest in a corn field owned by Joy Coleman.
"I was at work and I randomly got a text from my husband saying an airplane crashed in our corn field, so I was a little shocked," she says.
"My son was in the barn with my husband, and they heard the airplanes flying around out here, and all of a sudden they just heard a thud."
Officials say the plane was an Aerotek Pitts S-2A Fixed Wing Single-Engine Aircraft, commonly used for aerobatics.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
"It's sad for the people that are involved," says Coleman.
The Sheboygan County Sheriff's Office says the plane was not from Sheboygan County. It remains unclear whether it was using a local airport about 2 miles away.
The incident is still under investigation by the Sheriff’s Dept. and continued investigation will be done by the FAA / NTSB.
