BROWN COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Brown County Sheriff's Office has issued a Silver Alert for 74-year-old Gary Eicher who is believed to have dementia or another cognitive impairment.

Eicher left his home in the Village of Allouez sometime between 6 and 8 a.m. on Wednesday, July 15 without any means of communication, according to the sheriff's office.

He is described as 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds, with blue eyes and a gray, balding head with a full beard. He wears prescription glasses and was last seen in unknown jeans and a t-shirt.

Eicher may be traveling in a dark blue 1994 Chevrolet Geo Prizm with Wisconsin license plate 522PVS.
