Pleasant Prairie Police Department PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Silver Alert has been issued for a 69-year-old man missing out of Pleasant Prairie.
Officials say Danial McCarthy left his home in the 7900 block of 69th Avenue around 1:12 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3, and left his cellphone behind. Police say he exhibits signs of dementia and has previously gotten lost while driving, ending up in Jefferson and Wauwatosa.
He's described as a white male, 6'2" tall, 140 pounds, with long gray hair and hazel eyes.
Danial was last seen wearing wire rim glasses, a Green Bay Packers hat, blue sweater, a zippered black hoodie with "LV" lettering in white on the front left pocket, light blue jeans, and brown boots.
Police say Danial drives a green 2006 Saturn Vue with Wisconsin license plate number 503-WZH.
