Update: 80-year-old Racine County man found safe

RACINE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Authorities say Cesario has been found safe.

RACINE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Silver alert has been issued in Racine and Milwaukee counties for 80-year-old Cesario Cisneros. 

Authorities say he walked away from the 200 block of Howland Avenue in Racine and was last seen between 2:30-3 p.m. on March 11. 

Cesario is described as a Hispanic male standing 5'1" with brown eyes, black/gray combed back hair, and a mustache. 

He was last seen wearing a brown jacket, gray shirt and blue jeans. 

He has wandered away previously and was found in the Milwaukee area.
