Shots fired during large fight on Racine street

Several area police departments responded to a shots fired call overnight in Racine.  It happened at 17th and Mead Street around 9:30 p.m. Thursday.  Officials arrived to find a large fight going on in the street.  Police say things escalated when someone fired a round of shots into the air.  No one was injured, and police were able to clear the scene.  Mount Pleasant Police arrested one person that had outstanding warrants.
