Shorewood Police: Man makes inappropriate comments to girl at Shorewood Library

SHOREWOOD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- On Sunday, October 22 around 9:30 a.m. the Shorewood Police Department was notified of an incident that occurred on Tuesday, October 17 between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., in the courtyard near the Shorewood Village Library.

The police investigation determined that an adult man made inappropriate comments to a girl in the courtyard of the Shorewood Library. The suspect was described as a white man in his 50s about 5'8" tall and skinny with scruffy grey facial hair, grey or white hair with a raspy voice and wearing a dirty green short sleeve shirt and khaki pants.

Another witness said the man was wearing a white long sleeve baseball shirt with a circle in the middle which was red, white, and blue, and unknown colored jean pants.

The man did not attempt to follow or stop the girl after she left.
