Shooting Occurs on West Appleton Avenue

A 27-year-old Milwaukee man was shot around 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday in the 8700 block of W. Appleton Avenue.
Circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation at this time.
The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
