Glendale man sentenced to 17 years in prison for May 18 homicide
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- New video shows an argument at a car wash escalate into a violent encounter.
According to the criminal complaint, 22-year-old Samuel Galarza-DeJesus got out of his car and confronted the victim. The victim said he thought the suspect was looking for a fight.
Galarza-DeJesus went to his car and grabbed a gun. In the video, the suspect can be seen hitting the victim in the head. After the victim tries to fight back, he fires off several shots hitting the victim in the knee.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Galarza-DeJesus. The victim had to get surgery but is expected to be okay.
