Sheboygan man charged after shooting injured toddler and relative

SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 65-year-old Sheboygan man has been charged after a shooting Friday, Sept. 5 at a family-run business on S. Business Drive left a toddler and a 56-year-old man injured.
According to a criminal complaint, Pao Lee entered the business with a handgun and confronted a male cousin. After greeting him, Lee allegedly pulled the weapon, pointed it at the man’s head and said something to the effect of asking if he wanted to die.
The two reportedly wrestled as shots were fired with the victim being grazed in the head. He stayed conscious and, with his son’s help, disarmed and restrained Lee, according to the complaint.
A 2-year-old girl was hit by a bullet during the struggle and flown to Children’s Hospital with a chest wound. Doctors noted that she was in stable condition.
Lee told investigators he originally intended to kill his cousin and then himself, due to finding messages on his wife's phone that he believed to be evidence of infidelity involving the cousin who was shot.
He faces attempted homicide and reckless injury charges.
