Sheboygan Authorities Looking for Missing Lakeland College Student

The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Lakeland University student 18-year-old Kaelin D O’Neal. Kaelin was last observed on the campus on Sunday December 11th 2016 at approximately 10:00AM by a roommate.
Kaelin is approximately 6 foot tall, 170 pounds, and has brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black button jacket.
