NOW: Severe storms Tuesday caused lots of wind damage and some heavy rain
NEXT:

Tuesday saw a round of severe storms move through most of southeast Wisconsin. Some of our northwest counties saw the storms first shortly after 4 PM then those storms moved their way southeast. They were strongest in the Milwaukee metro area where the quad county area between Milwaukee, Waukesha, Washington and Ozaukee Counties saw the most thunderstorm damage.

The National Weather Service will be out in those areas surveying the damage to determine if tornadoes happened and if so, what strength they were. The storms moved through pretty quickly which prevented any flooding from happening. Rain totals ranged from a half to full inch in many areas but some isolated spots saw over 1".

The forecast is mostly dry for Wednesday and Thursday with the next chance for storms returning on Friday. Scattered showers and storms are borderline likely to end the work week. Right now timing looks scattered throughout the day.
