Sendik's, Target ask shoppers to reserve certain hours for 'high-risk' customers

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Sendik's Food Market is requesting that guests reserve the hours from 7 a.m. - 8 a.m. each day for customers considered to be at high-risk of becoming severely ill from COVID-19.

The company identifies high-risk customers as adults who are 60+ and individuals who have compromised immune systems.

Those considered less at-risk are asked to shop at different hours in an effort to protect those more vulnerable

In a similar move, Target announced Tuesday that they'll be reserving the first hour of shopping each Wednesday for the elderly and those with underlying health conditions.
