GRAFTON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Just before 9 p.m. Thursday the Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office received several 911 calls of a semi crash on I-43 south at Lakefield Road in Grafton.
Investigators discovered that the truck traveling without a trailer hit part of the Lakefield bridge and came to a rest on the far end of the bridge.
The driver of the semi was not injured.
I-43 south was closed for three hours to clean up diesel fuel that leaked from the truck.
The bridge was deemed structurally sound and the interstate was opened overnight.
