Selig reflects on tenure: "We needed a lot of change."

Major League baseball Commissioner Bud Selig reflected of his 23-year tenure over baseball.

The Milwaukee native and former brewers owner retiring over the weekend after helping usher in a luxury tax, wild card teams and, controversially, the end of the steroid era.

\"There were times where everything that could go wrong went wrong,\" Selig said to Jon Heyman, Baseball Insider for CBSSports.com. \"We needed a lot of change.\"

Rob Manfred will take over for Selig.
