The second woman accused in the dire neglect case of two young boys was sentenced to 20 years Friday.
Mary Martinez pleaded guilty to child neglect and abuse in connection with the November death of 7-year-old Trevion Winninghman.
A 9-year-old boy also showed signs of abuse, but survived.
The other woman accused in this case, Etter Hughes was sentenced Thursday and also given 20 years.
