Second suspect in Milwaukee/Kenosha abduction and rape arrested

Milwaukee Police tell CBS 58 they have arrested a second suspect in the abduction of a woman in Milwaukee and rape of her in Kenosha.
On Tuesday the first suspect was arrested on I-71 near Louisville, Kentucky. That man has been identified as 28-year-old JoseArevalo-Viera. The Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office issued a warrant for his arrest.
Milwaukee Police tell CBS 58 they will not release details on where the second suspect was arrested or who he is.
