MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Tony Powell Junior will be sentenced next month for his role in the fatal shooting of 9-year-old Za'Layia Jenkins.
The 25-year-old was just convicted on Thursday of First Degree Reckless Homicide for the 2016 incident in which the little girl was killed by shots fired into a house.
Powell's sentencing is set for July 20.
Earlier this month, Damonta Jennings was sentenced to 35-years-in prison for that shooting.
