MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A second person may face charges in the death of a Milwaukee Police Officer.
Police say Ladell Harrison took off from Officer Charles Irvine and his partner on June 7.
The squad car flipped during the police pursuit, killing Officer Irvine.
According to a search warrant, Harrison called a friend to pick him up because he ran from police.
Investigators believe Harrison gave that man a gun he was carrying illegally.
The man could be charged with harboring or aiding a felon.
