Second Person Dies in Flooding in Wisconsin

VICTORY, Wis. (AP) — A second person has died in the storms and flooding that hit Wisconsin.
The Vernon County Sheriff's Office says a 79-year-old rural Viroqua man attempted to drive through a flooded road Thursday with his pickup and trailer.
He got stuck in the six feet of flood water which eventually filled the pickup passenger compartment.
