MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Another person has turned himself into police following a horrific crash over the weekend.
Surveillance video shows the impact when a speeding pick-up truck lost control on a snow and slush covered street, slamming into a car near 15th and Lincoln.
Monica Hernandez, 43, was killed and her 13-year-old son was injured in the crash. Both were inside the car that was hit.
A woman who was riding in the truck came forward Sunday night and a man who was also a passenger turned himself in Monday. He was released and is being treated as a witness.
Police are still searching for the driver.
