MILWAUKEE -- For seasonal businesses along the lake shore, business is booming.

Many seasonal businesses got off to a slow start because of the long winter. The Wheel of Fun paddle boat shop says they opened up right in time for Memorial Day thanks to the warm weather. Just a few hours into the day they already sold a hundred rides and had a long wait.

The Kite Festival also had the Kite Shop on the lake shore packed. Some said they hadn't bought a kite in years, which helped the shop's bottom line.

Segway tours and bike shops were also maxing out their sales, making it a good rebound to a long winter.
