MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--Unfortunately, you'll have to dodge the raindrops on the first Saturday in August. But don't let conditions dampen your spirits. Just grab a poncho and go. We have the Racine and Ozaukee County Fair happening. There are several art festivals around town as well, including the Firefly Art Fair in Tosa and the Black Arts Fest MKE on the Summerfest grounds.
