WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Salvation Army will ring in "Christmas in July" with bell ringers and red kettles at area Pick 'n Save grocery stores. Bell ringers will be stationed outside six locations in the Milwaukee area, beginning Saturday, July 1.

The Salvation Army will also host a Christmas-themed "Salvation Army Night" event at the Milwaukee Milkmen baseball game on Sunday, July 11. The game starts at 6:35 p.m. at Franklin Field, where the Milkmen will face the Chicago Dogs.

From 5:30 to 9 p.m., attendees will find photos with Santa, activities for children, festive decorations, and Christmas-themed treats.

Bell ringers will be at Pick 'n Save stores from July 1 to July 11, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. To volunteer as a bell ringer, individuals are encouraged to email [email protected].
