Salvation Army Opens Warming Shelters

With cold temperatures upon us The Salvation Army of Milwaukee County will operate as a warming shelters throughout the winter.

“Providing shelter is one of our year round services, whether as a result of a fire, natural disaster or cold weather conditions we are here to help keep men, women and children warm,” said Major Dan Jennings, Salvation Army Divisional Commander for Wisconsin & Upper Michigan.

Those seeking warmth may use the chapel at the following Salvation Army Worship & Community Centers Monday through Fridays and weekends during center hours:
