Salvation Army Hosts Christmas Luncheon for Hundreds at ICC in Milwaukee

A wonderful tradition continued in Milwaukee's Third Ward Wednesday for those looking for companionship this time of year.
The Salvation Army hosted an Older Adult Christmas Luncheon for seniors living in southeastern Wisconsin.
Seniors age 50+ traveled in groups, some from as far north as Green Bay and as far east as Janesville and Beloit, to visit with good friends, enjoy a wonderful meal and listen to a special Christmas message at this annual Christmas party.
New for 2016, those attending are encouraged to donate a non-perishable food item.
Food collected from this drive will be donated to area food pantries.
