Rock 'n Rollin' with Overnight Storms

Saturday's sunshine will turn into overnight thunderstorms as a cold front moves in from the west.  Some could be on the stronger side, but severe weather isn't anticipated.  Storms are possible anytime after midnight.

However, the heaviest looks to be between 3 and 7 am across the metro.  Rainfall could exceed a half inch in spots.

Clouds will hang around into the afternoon and then sunny skies will prevail.  Temperatures will warm in the mid to upper 80s.  The humidity will be lower, and you should notice it.

By late Monday, a second system will pass through, dropping temperatures to seasonably cool levels by Tuesday.  Highs should be around 70.  The start of Summerfest looks dry and seasonable.  A few showers could crop up by late in the week.
