MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The group that bought Northridge Mall is appealing Milwaukee's raze order.
US Black Spruce Enterprise Group says it plans to renovate the site.
The law firm representing the group sent out renderings of what the site could look like.
The group plans to begin improvements sometime this year with plans to reopen the mall in 2021.
